1. The specially formulated alloy is first forged in the USA using a 10000T rotary forging press.
 
2. Next, it is spun and flow formed on largest and most powerful spinning machine in North America.
 
3. From there, it is heat treated using military and aerospace certified technology, to properties higher than the industry standard T6.
 
4. Finally, it is lathed into a precision lathe blank, and lastly CNC milled in a robotized cell into the final wheel design.
